Corn Fritters

1 egg

¼ cup milk

1 cup Bisquick

1 can whole kernel corn drained

Black pepper

Crisco or veggie oil

Blend all ingredients together.

Put heaping teaspoons into 2” of hot oil in a frying pan and cook until golden brown. I personally add a bit more milk to make them like small pancakes. Drain them on paper towels and you can add, if you like, powdered sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
